1-Year Limited Warranty
At VECYS, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We warrant that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What is Covered
Free replacements for any defective parts or products. Applies to the original purchaser with valid proof.
Exclusions
Does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage (finish/paint), misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Request Authorization
Email our team for instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Secure Shipping
Pack your item carefully in its original packaging. We recommend using a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx.
Inspection & Refund
Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method automatically.
Return Conditions
Defective or Wrong Items: We offer a 100% Full Refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Non-Quality Returns: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges
To receive a replacement as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously.
